Some browsers (most notably Chrome) are experiencing difficulty in completing the login cycle and will simply refresh an empty login screen a second time w/o an error. Please enter your ID / PWD again. The 2nd attempt usually goes thru and when the login cycle completes you will see your account information and you may continue w/ member access. If you see an ERROR, it is usually because the ID / PWD you entered doesn’t match what we have on file (REMEMBER the PWD is CaSe sEnSiTiVe) OR because you are already logged in on another device.
