Over the course of his career, Joe has provided management and operations consulting services to new business entrepreneurs, new business start ups, existing businesses, audiences at trade shows, and numerous telephone interviews and written articles. Jo Read Full Bio
Joe started in the pet industry as a 13-year-old bather/brusher in a small grooming shop in St. Louis. Employed by Kennelwood Pet Resorts from July, 1989 to September 2008, as Vice President of Operations, Joe was responsible for the management of over 200 staff members, 15 Managers, six Kennelwood Pet Resorts and Grooming Spas, Training Academy, Grooming Instruction Program, build out and start up of new locations.
In September 2008, Joe joined Cosmos Corporation, manufacturers of Tropiclean and SPA brand shampoos, conditioners and Fresh Breath products. His role as National Accounts and Wholesale Manager is defined by increasing brand awareness through sales and new product development and deployment.
Joe holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and is a Professor of Graduate and Undergraduate business administration courses at Fontbonne University, a private University in St. Louis. Joe is an International Speaker and Independent Consultant providing services and assistance tailored specifically for the Pet Industry.
