Elizabeth is going to go over how to card, thin and blend to achieve the correct – and beautiful look. She also goes over the full haircut in general. However, even if you are not doing the show dog, you are just doing a PET English Cocker, Elizabeth will ALWAYS stress is importance of utilizing this one single technique. Especially on the back!

What is it and why is it important for the dog? Do not worry. Elizabeth has you covered. She explains her techniques in this video demonstration. Her end result looks soft, gorgeous, and very natural, as if the dog had GROWN that way.

Even if you are not grooming show dogs, there are still many points to pull from this lesson. Elizabeth points out there are key grooming elements on many sporting breeds. Even if she clipper cuts the jacket on a pet, she still uses many of these techniques with all her pet trims.
